Moving to Portland OR-areas to avoid?
Let's see, generally a lot of people don't like the housing area near 82nd street, especially near 205 and the Foster Rd area, though pretty much all areas of Portland are pretty safe during the day.
The areas that are considered nicer to live are a bit closer to downtown, maybe within a 10-15 minute drive of the downtown area, like close in SE or NE.
